- Chocolate Protein powder (2 scoops)
- Cocoa powder (5 grams)
- Baking soda (5 grams)
- Water (105 grams)
- Cashew or Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/4 cup)
- Zero fat whip cream
- Melted chocolate chips instead of cocoa powder
Combine protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and water in bowl or mug. Stir. Microwave for 45-60 seconds. Enjoy!
Macros: 250 calories, 50 grams of protein (depending on brand), 5-10 grams of carbs, and 3 grams of fat.
