In our post, “I Got my Macros! Now What?” we shared our best practices for those new to counting macros. Our top tips included buying food and weight scales, downloading the MyFitnessPal app, and heading to the grocery store. As you plan your first trip to the store, we suggest keeping your meals simple for the first few weeks.
